About Us
For a decade, Nupur has been involved with the negotiation and conflict resolution field. She has taught these skills across multiple industries, specializing in startups. Her work focuses on equipping executives and leaders with simple tactics to maximize outcomes and avoid common traps. In addition to her time as a coach and trainer, Nupur has served on the teaching team at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation, and has been a guest lecturer at universities in the U.S. and Asia. She has successfully applied her approach to train innovative and impact-driven teams, and is excited to continue teaching and learning in this ecosystem.
